You Make a Difference for Safety inside LiveHealthy

As we reopen LiveHealthy, we are committed to providing our members and team with a clean and safe environment.  In doing so, we need your help.  Below are a few updated guidelines that we ask you to follow when you visit the center.  We appreciate your cooperation in keeping LiveHealthy as safe and healthy as possible. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • I confirm I do not have any symptoms related to and have not been knowingly exposed to COVID-19.

  • If the above status changes, I agree not to visit LiveHealthy.

FACE COVERING

  • I understand I am required to wear a face mask that covers my nose and mouth in all non-exercise areas of the facility and it is strongly recommended I wear a mask while working out if possible.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING

  • I agree to keep at least 6 feet between myself and other members while in the center.

CLEANLINESS

  • I agree to disinfect all equipment after use, and will not enter closed-off areas.

  • I agree to keep my hands washed/sanitized while at the center.

RISK 

  • In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I reaffirm the Waiver which I executed on my Member Agreement, and assume the risk of use of the LiveHealthy fitness center.

 

LiveHealthy staff will be monitoring all activity areas — helping to clean, promoting safe physical distancing between members and encouraging members to wipe down equipment.  If a staff person or member asks you to help with the activities above, we ask that you please cooperate and do your part.  Thank you in advance; we can’t wait to see you back at LiveHealthy!
